Monday- Friday 11am-8pm
When Will My Online Order Ship?
Orders placed before 12pm M-F, will begin processing the same day and will ship within 48 hours. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Online orders typically arrive 5-7 business days after the order is received and payment is confirmed.
*Make sure you choose SHIPPING (free for orders over $50) at checkout if you want your items to be shipped, otherwise they get put aside for FREE In Store pickup*
When Can I Pick Up My Online Order?
You will receive an email as soon as your online order is ready for pickup! Typically 1-2 days.
What Is Your Return Policy?
I ALWAYS want you to be happy with your purchases! We will do our best to process your exchange when brought back within 30 days after purchase. In Store + Online Returns are accepted up to 30 days from customer order date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If an item is on sale you will receive the sale price as store credit only.
If you are not able to bring your return to the boutique, send us an email and we will send you a pre paid shipping label to send it back!
Worn or damaged items CANNOT be returned. All SALE items and accessories are FINAL sale.

Something I Want Is Sold Out. Can You Get It In My Size?
Oh, the dreaded SOLD OUT on something you like! I am always doing my best to restock what I can, if you see something you like, grab it when it's available because they don't usually last long!
What Sizes Do You Carry?
Most items come Small, Medium, Large. There are plenty of styles that can go up to XL sometimes XXL. It depends on the style.
How Often Do You Get New Styles In?

Can You Hold an Item For Me?
You can order an item online and select FREE In Store Pickup at checkout. We will put the item aside and email you when it's ready for pickup!
What If I Do Not Like the Item I Ordered Once I Pick It Up?

When Will Nicole Be in the Store?
I am so lucky to have an amazing team of stylists to help me run the store! This has given me the opportunity to really focus on the back end of the business, social media, etc. I am in and out all of the time. What Is a Nicole J Party?
Get your girlfriends together for a girls' night (or day) out! As a host, you earn free NJB merchandise. The more your guests spend, the more NJB Store credit you earn! We like to have at least 10 confirmed guests to host an in store party.
