What are your hours?

Monday- Friday 11am-8pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

Sunday 9am-3pm

When will my online order ship?

Orders placed before 12pm M-F, will begin processing the same day and will ship within 48 hours. Business days do not include weekends and Holidays. Online orders typically arrive 5-7 business days after the order is received and payment is confirmed. 

*Make sure you choose FREE shipping at checkout if you want your items to be shipped, other wise they get put aside for FREE In Store pickup*

When can I pick up my online order?

All In Store Pickups are available immediately! Stop by during normal business hours to pick up your order. 

What is your return policy?

I ALWAYS want you to be happy with your purchases! We will do our best to process your exchange when brought back within 15 days after purchase. 

Online Returns are accepted up to 15 days from customer order date for store credit ONLY. Discounted Items are FINAL sale. Worn or damaged items will NOT be refunded.
Current Sales cannot be applied to previous purchases. Discounted items are FINAL SALE.

Something I want is sold out, can you get it in my size?

Oh the dreaded SOLD OUT on something you like! Don't worry, sign up for a Restock Alert! Select the item you wish to purchase, under the sold out sizes you will see "EMAIL WHEN RESTOCKED" Select your size, enter your email and you will receive a notification if this items becomes available again.

I do my best to restock sold out items but can't make any promises!

 

What sizes do you carry?

Most items come Small, Medium, Large. There are plenty of styles that can go up to XL sometimes XXL, it depends on the style. 

 

How often do you get new styles in?

Every week!

 

How does this style fit?

View the details for each product to see Fit/Size descriptions as well as fabric content and style tips.

 

Can you hold an item for me?

You can order an item online and select FREE In Store Pickup at checkout, we will put the item aside and you can pick it up at your earliest convenience! 

 

What if I do not like the item I ordered once I pick it up?

Same return policy above applies.

When will Nicole be in the store?

I am so lucky to have an amazing team of stylists to help me run the store! This has given me the opportunity to really focus on the back end of the business, social media, etc. I am in and out all of the time, you can ALWAYS catch me at our Style Saturday events (See the NJB Facebook page for details) You can also schedule a private style session with me.

What is a Nicole J Party?

Get your girlfriends together for a girls night (or day) out! As a host you earn free NJB merchandise, the more your guests spend, the more NJB Store credit you earn!  We like to have at least 10 confirmed guests to host an in store party.
